1. About us
MyDeluxe is operated by the merchant whose details are available on request via contact@mydeluxe.co.uk. We sell the products listed on the Site to consumers and businesses.
2. Orders
Orders are an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you a confirmation email and dispatch the goods. Until that point we may decline an order for any reason — for example, if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we cannot ship to your address.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
3. Payment
We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout (cards via Stripe / Revolut, cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.). Card details are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you supplied. If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time, contact us at contact@mydeluxe.co.uk and we will help.
5. Cancellations and returns
Consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason required. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.
6. Faulty goods
If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and equivalent local laws. Contact us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace, or refund as required.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (logos, images, product photography, copy) is owned by MyDeluxe or licensed to us. You may not reuse it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any single order is capped at the value of the order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page when you place your order.
